Amur Leopard Energy Pyramid
This energy pyramid shows you how the amount of energy in an ecosystem decreases as you move through a food chain. According to the "Rule of Ten", only 10% of the energy is transferred from one organism to another. Each level on the pyramid is a different trophic level. The producers make up the first trophic level. The mice, grub, and the deer make up the second trophic level. They are also known as primary consumers. The badger makes up the third trophic level. Finally, I make up the forth trophic level. This means that I get the least amount of energy.
